Want the Christmas dessert recipe with three ingredients for white swirl fudge? Go here to get it! You can be really creative when it comes to baking and create your own personalized recipes. It’s all about adding the right ingredients to get the flavors you love.
One of my favorite brownie recipes, (They are usually gone fast!) is below. You can use different combinations of ingredients (or add to the recipe) if you’d like. Sometimes I add a package of peanut butter and chocolate flavored chips, and I usually double the ingredients to make more. You can do whatever you want! You’ll bake these at 300 degrees for 45-65 minutes, and keep a close eye on them.
- Beat 4 eggs.
- Add 2 cups of sugar and mix.
- Add 2 tsp vanilla.
- Add 1 cup unsalted softened butter.
- Add 1 1/4 cup Cocoa.
- Add 2 tsp salt.
- Add 1 cup sifted flour.
Mix all of the ingredients well and bake at 300 for approximately 45 minutes. (You’ll want to keep a close eye on them, and also grease and add flour to your baking pans so they don’t stick.)
Cream cheese frosting–
- 8 ounces of cream cheese softened.
- Gradually mix 1 stick of butter softened.
- Add 1 cup confectioners sugar. (Powdered sugar.)
- Add 1 tsp vanilla.
The cream cheese frosting is delicious! I sometimes make the brownies above and then crush up a handful of peppermint candy (I unwrap it, put it in a couple of plastic baggies, and then smash it on a hard surface.) and sprinkle it over the top of my brownies. Other times, I’ll just add a bag of peanut butter and/or chocolate chips to the brownie mix itself. So far there haven’t been any complaints about these brownies! If you have a large family, I recommend doubling the ingredients! There’s another Christmas recipe for brownies below.
